Grand Hotel Zell Am See

Staff and food were excellent, and this hotel was gorgeous and fairly clean. The room was brand-new with ac, I appreciated it.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Our stay here was lovely, incredible base for exploring Zell am See.

My suite had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a personal safe.

The setting was bad.

Everything was simply perfect. Fabulous and clean place with a friendly reception. Amicable stuff where at the reception desk. The location was marvelous, so close to old town It took only 10 minutes to walk to Zell am See Postplatz bus stop.

The hotel had an amazing location, the room was elegant and brand-new. The rooms were with balcony, we liked it.

The hotel was a suitable place for enjoying a very nice area, short walk to the lake front and mountains and Zell Am See. Although you guys made our stay fairly nice, beds were very poor.

Quite small bathroom, and the breakfast was not too bad.

It's clean, wonderful old hotel and the staff is pretty friendly. Excellent location down the lake, easy to get around. Outstanding food, wonderful view, good service.

All in all, we had a very positive experience here. Nice restaurant provided Austrian dishes.

We loved staff and location, this hotel had essentials we need. Found in a downstairs lounge area. Wooden furniture and private bathroom, good Internet and tea/coffee in the room.

carpeted and decent rooms, great decor, welcoming staff. lots of food served in the restaurant for breakfast, it was tasty. had bottled whiskies and cocktails in the beach bar.

The staff was very very helpful and the room was good, elegant. Relaxed by the pool, it was great, especially when the weather was wonderful. The hotel has beautiful location not far from the train line and the lake.

Fab location and staff, I loved this picture perfect hotel. The staff did all they can for an unforgettable stay. The bedroom was separate, beds were really comfy as well. Splendid views and beautiful garden. This property was in a ski area.

Deluxe place, you know. A heating system, an individual safe and a writing table in the bedroom. Breakfast selection was delicious.

we had a lake view from our room. moreover, free wi fi was great.

Metzgerwirt, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. We loved the fact that we chose grand hotel zell am see. No complaints with the venue
